Sounds like a plan. Go for it. - Putting custom color to BBS / ship yard makes sense (Maybe a good time to specialize each ship yard to a specific manufacturer, who only paints their ships. Either way, it's up to author how much time to put into it). - I still think that when/if we get a "new game" ...

Did you manage to get a new pioneer downloaded & run? We've moved 98% of the game to a new UI library. It's really great to work with, so in a pretty short time (a few months?) a lot of the "blue" station screens were moved, now we're almost done. Excellent write up. My only thought is that converting the different coordinate systems should be done such that pre-processing future data bases (like Tycho / GSC) be as easy and compatible as possible, and that custom systems use the coordinates seen in-game, I assume, since that's what the author...

I wonder if wheels are the way to go? This ship wont be starting from a runway, I assume. Then maybe tri goes down when modelling them as helicopter landing support rather than circular wheels?
